GROUP POLICIES:

There are two ways for Social Groups to book 5-10 rooms with Club Solaris

  • Book a room and pay $199.00 USD deposit per room
  • Add any additional rooms by calling the Reservations Department at our toll free number 1800 595 5950 or directly online.
  • Final payment for all rooms is required forty-five (45) days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Room cancellations before 31 days prior to arrival will not have any penalty fee.
  • If notice is received 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, there will be a 50% penalty fee.
  • Room cancellations 14 to 0 days prior to arrival, including NO SHOWS, are subject to a 100% penalty on the total room cost.
